We ended up having the work done once we had moved out of the home and before it went on the market to make things more simple due to our dogs. Since we were gone Jay was very good at keeping me up to date on how things were going and where they were on the job. Once the job was completed, Jay sent me pictures of the work that was completed and from what I can tell, it was first rate (confirmed by our Real Estate Agent as well)!
